Technology that moves
businesses forward
Core Soluções Tecnológicas was founded on a single conviction: that well-designed technology, applied with precision and maintained with care, transforms how organisations compete. We are a Brazilian IT services firm built for companies that take their infrastructure seriously.
Built by engineers,
shaped by real clients
Core Soluções Tecnológicas did not emerge from a venture-capital pitch deck. It was started by a group of senior infrastructure engineers who had spent years working inside the IT departments of large corporations — people who understood, from the inside, how much value was lost to poor vendor relationships, reactive maintenance cultures and generic support contracts that never quite fitted the client's reality.
The founding team set out to create something different: a technology services company that would be small enough to care deeply about each client's environment, and disciplined enough to compete technically with firms ten times its size. That meant investing heavily in certification, in documentation, in tooling — and in the kind of long-term client relationships where the account team actually knows the business.
"We do not treat infrastructure as a commodity. Every network, every server room, every cloud environment we manage belongs to an organisation that depends on it to operate. That responsibility shapes every decision we make."
From the first years operating in São Paulo's competitive mid-market, Core grew steadily by doing the unglamorous work well: meeting SLAs consistently, communicating proactively during incidents, and bringing strategic recommendations to clients rather than waiting to be asked. Word of mouth from satisfied IT managers and CFOs became the company's most reliable growth engine.
Today Core serves clients across financial services, logistics, retail and healthcare — sectors where downtime carries real commercial and regulatory consequences. Our portfolio has expanded from on-premise infrastructure support into cloud architecture and migration, managed security services, network design and implementation, and IT consulting for organisations undergoing digital transformation. What has not changed is the operating philosophy: understand the client's business deeply, architect the right solution, and stand behind it with rigorous ongoing support.
Our team of more than forty certified engineers and consultants is distributed across specialisms — networking, systems, security, cloud platforms, service management — and coordinated through a central operations centre that monitors client environments around the clock. The combination of technical depth and operational discipline is what allows us to make promises in writing and keep them.
Why we do
what we do
Our mission is to make enterprise-grade technology accessible and reliable for the organisations that power Brazil's real economy — not just the largest multinationals with dedicated IT departments, but the ambitious mid-size businesses and growth-stage companies that need a trusted partner who can think strategically and execute operationally. We believe technology should be a source of competitive advantage, not a source of anxiety.
To be the benchmark for managed IT services in Brazil — defined not by revenue or headcount, but by the trust our clients place in us and the measurable outcomes we deliver to their businesses.
We measure success in client retention, infrastructure uptime, security posture improvements and the tangible business value our work unlocks — because those are the metrics our clients care about, and they should be the metrics we care about too.
We hold our engineers to exacting standards — vendor certifications, continuous training and rigorous internal review processes. Competence is not assumed; it is demonstrated and maintained.
We commit to SLAs because we intend to meet them. When something goes wrong — and in IT, things sometimes do — we respond immediately, communicate honestly and fix the root cause, not just the symptom.
We reject the transactional model. Our account teams learn their clients' industries, growth plans and operational pressures — because the right technology recommendation requires that context.
Reactive IT is expensive and disruptive. We are structured to spot potential failures, security gaps and capacity issues before they surface — and to present solutions before a client ever needs to call us.
Every solution we design incorporates security from the ground up — not as an add-on layer, but as a foundational requirement. In the current threat environment, there is no responsible alternative.
The technology landscape changes constantly. We invest in training, tooling and process refinement every year — so our clients always have access to current best practice, not methods that worked five years ago.
A method built on
precision and transparency
Every engagement follows a structured methodology designed to minimise risk, maximise alignment and deliver measurable results. There are no black boxes in how we work — our clients can see exactly where they stand at any moment.
We begin with a structured audit of the existing environment — infrastructure, security posture, documentation quality, vendor contracts and operational processes. No assumption, only evidence.
Our engineers design solutions aligned to the client's business objectives, risk tolerance and budget — with clear documentation, phased roadmaps and defined success criteria before a single change is made.
Deployment is executed by certified specialists, with change management controls, rollback plans and communication protocols in place throughout. We treat production environments with the respect they deserve.
Post-implementation, our operations centre monitors, patches and optimises continuously. Regular business reviews keep our recommendations aligned with where the client is heading, not just where they have been.
What you can always
expect from Core
We formalise our commitments through service level agreements, but the real commitment is cultural. We hold ourselves to the same standards we would demand from any partner we trusted with critical infrastructure. That means honest communication when things are difficult, not just when they are easy.
- Transparent incident reporting Every incident documented with root cause analysis and corrective action — not just a "resolved" status.
- Named account responsibility A dedicated account engineer who knows your environment and is reachable when it matters.
- Documented environments We maintain living documentation of everything we manage. You always own a complete picture of your infrastructure.
- Proactive advisory Quarterly reviews with forward-looking recommendations — licensing, capacity, security, technology roadmap.
- No lock-in architecture Solutions designed for portability and openness. We earn continued business by delivering value, not by trapping clients.
Engineers who think
like business partners
Hiring at Core has always prioritised character alongside credentials. We look for engineers who are naturally curious, who communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and who understand that the ultimate measure of their work is whether the client's business is running better — not whether the configuration is theoretically elegant.
Our team is structured around cross-functional pods: each client is supported by a lead engineer, a security specialist, a cloud architect and an account manager who collectively own the relationship. No single-point-of-failure support models, no rotating helpdesk anonymity. When you call Core, you reach someone who knows who you are.
Investment in people is non-negotiable. Every Core engineer is allocated budget and structured time for certification and professional development annually. We maintain active vendor partnership programmes with Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, AWS and others — which gives our team access to pre-release information, dedicated partner support and technical enablement that directly benefits clients.
All engineers hold current vendor certifications relevant to their domain. We require renewal and track certification status across the entire technical team as an internal KPI.
Network specialists work alongside cloud architects and security analysts on every significant project. Siloed IT recommendations create siloed problems — we engineer cohesion by design.
We train our team to translate technical complexity into clear business language. Board-level stakeholders and IT managers receive the same accuracy — delivered in the vocabulary appropriate to each audience.
Every engineer is empowered — and expected — to escalate, make decisions and take responsibility. We do not build cultures of deference that slow down incident response when it matters most.
Client knowledge accumulates over time. We invest in retaining good people, which means clients benefit from engineers who genuinely understand their environment — not someone learning it from scratch every eighteen months.
What sets us apart
in a crowded market
Large IT firms carry overhead that prices mid-size clients out of genuine expertise. Core is deliberately sized to offer the technical depth of a large integrator — certified specialists, tooling, NOC — with the agility and accountability of a boutique firm. Clients get senior attention, not junior delegation.
One of the most common complaints about IT providers is that they become gatekeepers of undocumented knowledge. We invert this: everything we manage is documented in client-owned repositories. If you ever leave, you take a complete and current picture of your infrastructure with you.
We do not offer security as a separate, optional module. Every architecture we design, every network we manage and every cloud environment we operate is assessed and hardened as part of the base engagement. The threat landscape is too serious for any other approach.
Core holds partnership status with multiple leading vendors — Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, AWS, VMware — but we are not commercially incentivised to favour any single platform. Our recommendations are driven by what fits the client's environment and objectives, not by reseller margins.
Our NOC monitors client environments continuously — but monitoring without response is theatre. Every alert that requires human judgement reaches a qualified engineer within the SLA window, regardless of the hour. Automated tools triage; humans decide and act.
Our average client tenure is over four years — in an industry where switching providers is common and dissatisfaction is rife. That retention rate is the clearest signal we can offer that our model of genuine partnership and technical quality creates lasting value for the organisations we serve.
